Where is our data processed?
On your own infrastructure, inside your network. Nothing is sent to DataPhant or to a third-party AI service.
No servers of your own? We can host SMITH in a Swiss data centre for an additional fee. Your data still never leaves Switzerland.
Which languages does SMITH support?
English, French, German and Italian, plus other languages on request. Mixed-language archives are fine.
Which AI model does it use?
By default, open model checkpoints that run entirely on your hardware, so no document ever leaves your network.
The exact model depends on your infrastructure and requirements. We agree it with you during scoping and size it to the hardware you have.
How accurate is it, and what if it is unsure?
Every answer cites the exact passage it came from, so you can check it in one click.
SMITH does not make decisions and does not invent answers. If your documents don't contain one, it says so. The judgement stays yours.
Does it connect to our existing systems?
Yes. SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are supported out of the box, and other systems are easy to add.
SMITH reads documents where they already live. It does not replace your document management system.
How is it priced?
A yearly licence plus a one-off setup fee. Setup covers installation, connecting your systems and the initial tuning.

How long does deployment take, and what do you need from us?
Two to four weeks from signature, depending on how many documents you hold and their condition.
From you: your documents in whatever format, a few hours with someone who knows how the organisation works, and an IT contact to agree where SMITH runs and who can access it.
